Cinnamon:


 It takes not more than a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder every day to keep cancer risk away. A natural food preservative, cinnamon is a source of iron and calcium. Useful in reducing tumour growth, it blocks the formation of new vessels in the human body. Some of the effective ways of including cinnamon in your diet are:

-Start your day with a cup of cinnamon tea (in leaf or sachet)
-Make your breakfast meal a super healthy one; just add this wonder spice to your
morning oatmeal and you are going well!
-A fruity delight comprising chopped apples, a few walnuts and your magic potion cinnamon
-Honey and cinnamon in your glass of milk before going to bed; no cancer nightmares assured!

HEALTH BENEFITS OF CAULIFLOWER


Cauliflower is a very good source of vitamin C and manganese, which are both powerful antioxidants.With these antioxidants, you can be certain that eating cauliflower regularly will help protect you from free radical damage and reduce your risk for diseases caused by oxidative stress, such as cardiovascular diseases and cancer.



Cauliflower also contains high amounts of vitamin K and omega-3 fatty acids, which help decrease inflammation. Regular cauliflower consumption can help decrease the risk of inflammation-mediated diseases such as arthritis, obesity and diabetes.

Cauliflower contains high dietary fiber, which helps clean your digestive system and gets rid of unnecessary substances. Additionally, a substance called glucoraphin present in cauliflower appears to have a protective effect on your stomach lining.

Cauliflower provides a good amount of folate (B9), a B vitamin that is necessary for a healthy pregnancy. Folate deficiency in pregnant women can lead to problems such as birth defects and low birth weight.

Cauliflower also contains vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine) and B9 (folic acid). It serves as a good source of proteins, phosphorus and potassium.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF CINNAMON

HEALTH BENEFITS OF SESAME SEEDS


Since a handful ofsesame seeds contain more calcium than a glass of milk, they are beneficial for maintaining bones and preventing disorders related to week bones and teeth. As such, osteoporosis in middle aged and older women is prevented to a great extent.

Sesame seeds have anti-cancer properties due to the presence of sesamin and sesamolin. Consuming sesame seeds regularly has been proved to inhibit the development and growth of cancerous cells and help in its treatment.



They contain dietary fiber which promotes good digestive health, cures constipation and treats other related disorders.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF BLACK PEPPER


The health benefits of black pepper include relief from respiratory disorders, cough, common cold, constipation, digestion, anemia, impotency, muscular strains, dental care, pyorrhea, diarrhea, and heart disease.
