- Take a gooseberry everyday.It contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help maintain healthy hair.
- Take food every 4 hours. Starving affects hair roots.
- Make sure that green peas are part of your diet.
- Dates are good source of iron.Healthy hair needs iron.
- Excersice everyday. Good blood circulation helps hair to grow stronger.
- Sleep well between 10pm and 4am.
- Avoid stress. Don't be a perfectionist in everything. More importantly dont think about your falling hair :)
- Dont change hair styles frequently. Frequent changes in your hair direction will result in hair fall.
- Oil massage and natural conditioners (like egg white, curd and hibiscus) also helps.
- Don't comb your hair when the hair is wet.
