Drinking lukewarm water with honey and lemon juice helps to get rid of cold and running nose.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF LEMON


There are many health benefits of lemons that have been known for centuries. Pudina is the most traditionally used herb in Ayurveda. It has various health benefits. Ayurvedic physicians recommend pudina leaves and its preparations for indigestion.
