Golden rules to keep our hair healthy

The below are the filtered and famous golden rules to keep our hair healthy.
  • Take a gooseberry everyday.It contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help maintain healthy hair.
  • Take food every 4 hours. Starving affects hair roots.
  • Make sure that green peas are part of your diet.
  • Dates are good source of iron.Healthy hair needs iron.
  • Excersice everyday. Good blood circulation helps hair to grow stronger.
  • Sleep well between 10pm and 4am.
  • Avoid stress. Don't be a perfectionist in everything. More importantly dont think about your falling hair :)
  • Dont change hair styles frequently. Frequent changes in your hair direction will result in hair fall.
  • Oil massage and natural conditioners (like egg white, curd and hibiscus) also helps.
  • Don't comb your hair when the hair is wet.
The reasons for hair fall could be genetical. If not, the above facts can really help a lot.
